Our restaurant, Mikizushi, has celebrated its 50th anniversary and has continued to operate for years by building a close relationship with this town, Hinodemachi. With our goal of operating for another 100 years or more, and with the philosophy of continuing to be loved and be rooted to this land of Hinodemachi, we will move forward by thinking about the necessary progress, changes, as well as the things we should protect in order to serve the many generations of customers from the local area and customers from far away.
